Insurance Steps

Step 1 - Free Assessment

Allow us to do a free no-obligation assessment of your home to ensure that it may qualify for coverage for full replacement.

Step 2 - After our inspection, if we find enough damage to qualify, contact your insurance company to scheduled their formal/initial inspection with one of their certified adjusters and us. We meet them to walk them through the damages we assessed.

Step 3 - Scope of Work Review

We will help you to understand your family by breaking down the Scope of Work line by line. Insurance Scopes of Work are very difficult to understand but we’ve been doing it for years and understand every detail and will help you to better understand how it all works.

Step 4 - Time to Pick Colors & Materials

We will create a 3D model of your home to help you visualize what it could look like with difference colors and style. This step is most important to us and we value the experience we give to each one of our clients. We use expensive top of the line technology to provide the ultimate design experience. - Free of Charge to our Clients.

Step 5 - Pick your Price & Sign Contact

After we have reviewed your design choices we will prepare an estimate for you on the spot and give you cash and financing options. Our job is not to “sell you” but is to provide you with all of your options and as much information as needed to make an educated and informed decision.

STEP 6 - Order Materials

At this point we will place all of your material orders and we keep you in the loop the entire time so you understand where your materials are and when to expect them to be delivered.

STEP 7 - Notify your Insurance Company

At this point we will notify your insurance company that you have selected us as your contractor of choice and have ordered materials and that we will be taking things from here.

STEP 8 - Material Delivery & Build

Once the materials have been delivered we will have our trained, insured, and certified installation crews scheduled with a week to come start your projects. Our projects usually only take days.
